Exchange Policy

  1. Once you have made your payment for your item, no refunds/exchanges will be entertained.
  2. Refunds will only be done if item is out of stock.
  3. Please check all items upon receipt.
  4. Exchanges will only be made for items with manufacturing defects (which is rare as we take effort to check every single piece before mailing out to you). Please email us within 7 days from date of mailing for our consideration for exchanges. Any exchange request will not be entertained after the specified period.
  5. Exchanges will be assessed on a case by case basis.
  6. Should the exchanged item be allowed, postage for exchanges is to be provided by the buyer.And unless specified, the original method of postage will be used.
  7. Items exchanged must be in mint condition (Brand new and unwashed with label still intact).
  8. Dress Talks agree to the exchanges upon receiving and checking the condition of the item. We will do our best to satisfy our customers.
